- No exchange or refund is applicable on sale items or worn items.
2. Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued within 15 days of the request and will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
3. Sale Items:
- No exchange or refund is applicable on sale items. Sale purchases are considered final and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.
4. Condition of Returned Items:
- To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels attached.
- Any items returned with signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
5. Return Process:
- If you wish to initiate an exchange or refund, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer support team via email to request a return authorization or visit our store.
Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is authorized, carefully package the items to prevent damage during transit. Include the original packing slip or receipt in the package.
- Ship the package back to the address provided by our customer support team.
