- Sale items are not eligible for refunds, but they are eligible for exchanges.
- No exchanges or refunds on worn, washed, or damaged items.

- Refunds are applicable on regular items and will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
- Refund requests are processed within 10 days of receiving the return.

- Sale items are not eligible for refunds. However, they may be exchanged.

d. All Returns and exchanges must be made in person at our store located in Dubai Hills Mall.

a. Return Shipping labels will be provided by Fashion Jardim after contacting our team.
