Refund policy

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@fashionjardim.com, to initiate the return process.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason 
and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 
No cash or credit card refunds will be issued.
Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit only.
Store credit must be used within one (1) year from the date of issue.

Please note that the following conditions apply to our refund policy:
1. Eligibility for Exchanges and Refunds:
•    Exchanges and refunds are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
•    All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation.
•    Sale items are not eligible for refunds, but they are eligible for exchanges.
•    No exchange or refund is applicable on sale items or worn items.
•    Accessories and sunglasses are not eligible for exchange or refund.

2. Refund Method:
Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit only.

3. Sale Items:
•    Sale items are only eligible for exchanges and are not eligible for refunds.


4. Condition of Returned Items:
•    To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels attached.
•    Any items returned with signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted for exchange or refund.


5. Return Process for Domestic Orders:
- To initiate an exchange or refund, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer support team at sales@fashionjardim.com to request a return.
b. Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
c. Carefully package the items to prevent any damage, and include the original packing slip or receipt in the package.
d. All Returns and exchanges must be made in person at our store located in Dubai Hills Mall.


6. Shipping Information for International Orders:
a. Return Shipping labels will be provided by Fashion Jardim after contacting our team.
b. Please make sure to follow the provided instructions for shipping to ensure smooth processing.
