Returns and Exchange
At Fashion Jardim, we strive to ensure your utmost satisfaction with every purchase. We offer a flexible exchange and refund policy to accommodate your needs. Please review the following details regarding our refund process:
Refunds: We provide refunds in the form of store credit, which can be utilized for future purchases.
Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.
Exchanges and Refund Requests: If you wish to request an exchange or refund, kindly do so within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order. To initiate the process, please contact our customer support team via email or phone, providing the necessary information and order details, or visit our store at Dubai Hills Mall.
Store Credit Issuance: Once we receive the returned items, we will promptly process your request. Store credit will be issued within 2 to 3 business days, allowing you to use it for future purchases. The store credit amount will reflect the value of the returned items.
Store Credit Validity: The store credit provided for your exchange or refund is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issuance. Please ensure that you utilize the store credit within this timeframe, as it will expire after 6 months.
Online and In-Store Usage: You can conveniently utilize our store credit for purchases both online and in-store. When making an online purchase, you will have the option to apply your store credit during the checkout process. Similarly, when shopping at our physical store, simply inform our staff that you would like to use your store credit for the transaction.
Please note that the following conditions apply to our refund policy:
1. Eligibility for Exchanges and Refunds:
- Exchanges and refunds are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation.
2. Refund Method:
- Refunds are processed exclusively in the form of store credit. We do not offer cash refunds.
- The store credit issued can be used for future purchases either online or in-store.
3. Sale Items:
- No exchange or refund is applicable on sale items. Sale purchases are considered final and cannot be returned for store credit or exchange unless they are faulty or not as described.
4. Condition of Returned Items:
- To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels attached.
- Any items returned with signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
5. Return Process:
- If you wish to initiate an exchange or refund, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer support team via email to request a return authorization or visit our store.
Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is authorized, carefully package the items to prevent damage during transit. Include the original packing slip or receipt in the package.
- Ship the package back to the address provided by our customer support team.
6. Exchange Procedure:
- For exchanges, once we receive your returned items and process the return, we will issue store credit
