1. Eligibility for Exchanges and Refunds:
- Exchanges or refunds can be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
- All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds, but they are eligible for exchanges.
- No exchanges or refunds on worn, washed, or damaged items.

2. Refund Policy:
- Refunds are applicable on regular items only.
- Refund requests are processed within 10 days of receiving the return and a credit note will be issued in return.

- We don't offer cash refunds.

3. Sale Items:
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds. However, they may be exchanged.

4. Condition of Returned Items:
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted for exchanges or refunds.

5. Return Process for Domestic Orders:

- To initiate an exchange or refund, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer support team at sales@fashionjardim.com to request a return.

b. Provide your order details and the reason for the return.

c. Carefully package the items to prevent any damage, and include the original packing slip or receipt in the package.

d. All Returns and exchanges must be made in person at our store located in Dubai Hills Mall.

6. Shipping Information for International Orders:

a. Return Shipping labels will be provided by Fashion Jardim after contacting our team.

b. Please make sure to follow the provided instructions for shipping to ensure smooth processing.
